The Casio F-91W has an 18mm lug, while most premium aftermarket straps are 20mm. These stainless steel adapters bridge that gap and open up the much bigger 20mm strap world for one of the most recognizable watches ever made.
Choose from three finishes, brushed silver, matte black, or gold tone, and each one gives the same watch a completely different look.
Choosing between 20mm and 22mm?
Match the adapter to your new strap’s width. Choose this 18mm to 20mm adapter for a 20mm strap, or our 18mm to 22mm adapter for a 22mm strap. The first number is the watch side, and the second is the strap side.

The black F-91W with gold adapters
Gold hardware on a black F-91W is a favorite in the Casio community. The contrast between warm gold adapters and the dark resin case creates a premium two-tone look that costs almost nothing to achieve. If you own a black F-91W, gold adapters are well worth a try.
Why go from 18mm to 20mm?
The 20mm strap world is much bigger than 18mm, with more leather, NATO, Milanese mesh, and rubber options. A 20mm strap also fills the F-91W’s case more completely, for a more balanced look than the stock 18mm band.

Installation
- Remove your F-91W’s original strap using a spring bar tool.
- Place an adapter between your watch’s lugs and secure it with an 18mm spring bar.
- Repeat on the other side.
- Attach your new 20mm strap to the adapters with the 20mm spring bars.
Installation takes just a few minutes, and you can always switch back to your original strap.
