18mm to 22mm Adapters for Casio A168W and F-91W
Stainless steel lug converters in silver, black or gold, set of 2

The Casio A168W and F-91W have an 18mm lug. Stepping up to a 22mm strap gives your vintage Casio bolder, more substantial proportions on the wrist, and these adapters unlock the whole world of 22mm straps.

Choose the finish that matches your watch, brushed silver, matte black, or gold tone, for a clean, finished look from case to strap.

Finish guide

  • Silver: matches the A168W, A168WA, and other silver Casios
  • Black: matches the black F-91W for a clean, blacked-out look
  • Gold: matches the A168WG and other gold Casios for an all-gold look

Why go from 18mm to 22mm?
The A168W case is about 36mm wide, and a wider 22mm strap fills that width more completely for a proportional look that feels premium and intentional.

22mm is also one of the largest strap categories out there, with more leather, NATO, and Milanese mesh options than most other widths.

Installation

  1. Remove your watch’s original strap using a spring bar tool.
  2. Place an adapter between your watch’s lugs and secure it with an included spring bar.
  3. Repeat on the other side.
  4. Attach your new 22mm strap to the adapters.

Installation takes just a few minutes, and you can always switch back to your original strap.
